Packages within the USA are sent from various warehouses across the country. Once your order is confirmed, it may take up to 72 hours to get it ready and shipped on working days (Monday – Friday).
We aim to dispatch your purchase within 1-3 working days. During high-demand periods or sales, this may take a bit longer. Once your order is shipped, delivery within the USA typically takes 3-5 working days. In certain cases, shipping may extend to 3-5 working days, especially if your order is being shipped from our Singapore warehouse.
Delivery schedules can shift during festive periods or special product releases. We partner with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, and UPS. You’ll be notified of the estimated delivery date during checkout, and we handle shipments only on business days. Once your package is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 1-3 working days.
International Shipping: For our international customers, we offer UPS International Shipping, with charges computed live at checkout. International shipments typically take 5-10 working days. Please note that import/customs charges may apply, and Sp5der Worldwide is not responsible for deliveries affected by customs delays, natural events, transport strikes, or additional charges incurred once the package leaves the USA.
Customs Information: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, and duties. We do not cover customs charges in your country, delivery delays, or issues caused by incorrect delivery information. You can expect to receive your tracking details within 1-2 working days after placing an order.
Lost Packages: We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered to the correct address, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for stolen or missing items.
